A free, open community for real estate professionals

Where agents grow together.

The Loop is an open community for real estate professionals who believe better relationships, useful systems, practical training and shared opportunities help everyone build a better business.

01The idea

A room worth coming back to.

Most of this business gets learned alone: a script rehearsed in the car, a CRM you keep meaning to clean up, a market you read about instead of talking through.

The Loop puts agents in the same room, in person and online, to practice, compare notes, trade what's working, and stay in touch after the session ends. Agents from any brokerage are welcome, and where you hang your license stays your business. What matters is whether you leave each conversation with something you can use.

The relationship is the asset. The business is often the byproduct.

The idea The Loop is built on

The Loop is

  • Free, and open to agents from every brokerage
  • Practice-heavy: you do the work in the room, not just hear about it
  • In person and online, rooted in Massachusetts, open everywhere
  • Built by the people in it

The Loop isn't

  • A brokerage, a team, or a recruiting pitch
  • A paid course with a community bolted on
  • A group chat you mute after a week
  • A place to be sold to

02Inside the Loop

Four ways in.

Come for one. Most people end up doing all four.

  1. 01

    Connect

    Meet agents worth knowing.

Real relationships across brokerages and markets: the kind that turn into referrals, collaborations, honest advice and a call that gets returned.

    • Introductions made with context, never a contact-list dump
    • Referral partners in markets you don't cover
    • Collaborators for co-listings, events and content
    • The lenders, attorneys and inspectors other agents trust
  2. 02

    Learn

    Practice, not just theory.

Sessions built around doing the work out loud, with people who will tell you what they heard.

    • Role Play Scripting every weekday morning
    • The Live Prospecting Room: real calls, side by side
    • Agent to Operator, the flagship systems mastermind
    • Lunch & Learns with a useful topic and good people
  3. 03

    Build

Systems that hold up when you're busy.

Practical setups you can copy, adapt and keep running: CRM, prospecting, AI and marketing.

    • A CRM you trust, starting with one question that sorts your database
    • A daily hot sheet that tells you who to call first
    • Prospecting and follow-up rhythms that survive a busy month
    • AI for the drafting, summarizing and sorting, never the judgment
  4. 04

    Contribute

    Bring what you know.

The Loop gets better when members teach, host and share. It's optional, and it's how this community grows.

    • Teach a 15-minute segment on something you do well
    • Host a meetup in your market, in person or online
    • Share a script, checklist or template that works
    • Make an introduction that helps someone else

03How it works

Relationships are built in a loop, not at a mixer.

Networking doesn't have to mean name tags and a hotel ballroom. Most real relationships come from being a little more intentional in the life you already live, and following through. The Loop runs the same way.

  1. 1MeetShow up where you already are, and in the rooms we create together.
  2. 2ContextRemember what matters to people. Write it down.
  3. 3HelpOffer something useful before you ask for anything.
  4. 4Follow upCome back with a real reason, not "just checking in."
  5. 5RelationshipKeep it going. That's the loop.

04How we think

Six ideas we run on.

Habits from training agents, working the phones, and building systems that real people actually use.

  1. 01

    The relationship is the asset.

The business is often the byproduct. We build for people who keep talking to each other.

  2. 02

Relationship first, notes second, AI third.

Make the contact and learn what's true. Write it down. Then let the tools help you follow up.

  3. 03

    Automate friction, not judgment.

Let software do the searching, sorting and drafting. Keep decisions and relationships human.

  4. 04

AI should enhance the person, not replace the personality.

If it doesn't sound like you, it isn't helping you.

  5. 05

    Go fail.

You learn calls by making calls. Practice here, where a bad rep costs nothing.

  6. 06

    Show the work.

Real examples, real process, no mystery and no hype.

07Sneak peek: the content engine

One video. Everywhere.

“Give the best stuff away free. Trust compounds.”

The top-down system Xavier runs for his own business: record one useful video a day, and let AI and a few good tools turn it into content for every platform, then into real conversations. Here's the shape of it.

  • 1video a day
  • ~90minutes of your time
  • 3 + 2reels and carousels a week
  • 5Story frames a day
  1. 01
Record one videoTeach one useful idea from real work: a client question, a showing, the market, a lesson learned. Give the substance away.
  2. 02
Clean the transcriptFix names and facts, pull out the core lesson, and keep anything private out before it goes downstream.
  3. 03
Draft the written postsAI turns the transcript into a newsletter post, Google Business update, Facebook post and Threads quotes. You approve every one.
  4. 04
Cut the shortsClip the strongest moments into reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts with an AI clipping tool, then check every caption and cut.
  5. 05
Go liveUse a live stream to answer questions about the idea. The best recurring questions become a workshop.
  6. 06
Turn attention into relationshipsContent leads to conversations, DMs and real opportunities. Reply personally, and log every genuine one in your CRM with a next step.

08Contributors

Built by the people in it.

Anyone can join. Contributors are the members who help run it: teaching a segment, hosting in their market, sharing what works, making introductions. Become the resource people come back to, and bring others along.

09Who's behind it

Started by an agent who teaches agents.

The Loop was founded by Xavier S. Cole, a Massachusetts real estate agent who has led trainings and workshops for other agents on prospecting and call scripting, CRM organization, AI tools, marketing and business systems, and who mentors newer agents one on one.

The Loop is that work made communal: more people teaching, fewer people figuring it out alone.
